Use the council directory to inspect history and dated examples. A source check is not the same as a new application or decision. Quiet periods and missing records require different handling.
Fields and joins
Check references, addresses, descriptions and source URLs. Decisions, coordinates, documents and UPRNs are available where captured; do not treat null values as negative findings. See the response field reference.
Operational fit
Agree required councils, acceptable source age and how records enter your system. Test pagination and error handling. Review licence terms and plan limits before production ingestion.
