No. Monitored source records and covered authorities are different measures. Inspect the public coverage page, dated examples and the councils your product requires.
Can I query nationally?
Yes, subject to plan limits and query shape. You can also narrow by council, date, postcode and other filters.
Can I use webhooks?
Yes. Paid plans support webhook workflows for matching planning updates.
